Shakti Plywood was established in 1989 by Naresh Kumar Goyal as a sole proprietorship firm in Narela, Delhi — dedicated to providing high-quality products at reasonable prices to valued customers.
In 2002, Manish Goyal joined his father's legacy and grew the wholesale plywood business across Delhi-NCR, along with parts of Rajasthan and Haryana. In 2008 he launched Tri Shakti Laminates, a dedicated laminates and decorative venture.
In 2012, the firm was incorporated as Shakti Plywood Pvt. Ltd., with Naresh Kr. Goyal and Manish Goyal as directors and equal equity partners. Today the group is a one-stop wholesale source for plywood, laminates, doors, and wall panels from India's most trusted brands.
